The respective list for the development of harmonised gas rules, annual priority list for 2013:
- capacity allocation (adoption under comitology procedure),
- balancing rules including network-related rules on nomination procedure, rules for imbalance charges and rules for operational balancing between transmission system operators' systems (finalise network code and start adoption process),
- interoperability and data exchange rules,
- rules regarding harmonised transmission tariff structures.
As regards electricity it is particularly interesting that the drafting of network code for forward capacity allocation has been placed highly on this agenda cause this matter seems to be complicated and it could be presumed that it wouldn’t be an easy task to elaborate on these rules.
