It should be noted that besides the two above-mentioned orders the ARB also published RFP 10-126 - Market Monitor and RFP 10-125 - Market Monitor Trainer.
As is apparent now, intensive preparations for auctions are underway in both schemes: under the cap-and-trade in California as well as in the EU ETS - with respect to uniform auctions applying as regards the third settlement period (2013-2020).
So, the 2012 will be the year which will see the both processes starting .
