The Manual of Procedures on transaction data, fundamental data and inside information reporting (MoP on data reporting) establishes procedures, standards and electronic formats based on established industry standards for reporting of transaction and fundamental data information to the ACER according to Article 10(3) of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1348/2014.
It was published for the first time on 8 January 2015 upon entry into force of Commission Implementing Regulaton (EU) No 1348/2014 and was subject to multiple updates therefrom.
